We do turn-key — every phase, on every job. Custom-home builds run through one project manager — Jeremy — from the first walk on the lot to the day the last subcontractor leaves the driveway. Land clearing, foundation, framing, mechanicals, trim, and final touches: every milestone, every change, every line on the invoice goes through us.

You'll get hand-drawn plans, a line-item estimate that reads in plain English, and a weekly photo update once we break ground. Most builds run 9–14 months depending on size and finishes. Built-in storm shelters and safe rooms are available on every new home — no upcharge for peace of mind.
