Jeremy Reed Construction ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website jeremyreedconstruction.com. We're a family-owned construction company, not a data company — we collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and build your project, and this page explains exactly what that is.
Information You Send Us
Project request form. If you fill out the form on our site, we ask for your name and phone number (required), and optionally your email address, project address or city, project type, rough budget, desired timeline, how you heard about us, and a message describing the project. We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about your project and provide the construction services you're asking about.
When you hit submit, the form is delivered to us as an email. It travels from your browser over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our form-handling server, which sends it to our business email inbox using Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself does not store your submission in any database.
Our form server also runs basic anti-spam checks (hidden bot traps and a limit on repeated submissions from the same IP address). IP addresses are used only for that spam protection.
Calling, texting, or emailing us directly. If you reach out by phone or email, we receive whatever you choose to share and use it only to respond to you and do the work you hired us for.
Google Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our site — which pages get viewed, how long visits last, the general region visitors come from, and the kind of device and browser used. This data is collected through cookies (small text files stored in your browser), and it's aggregated and anonymous to us — we can't identify you personally from it. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by:
- Installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings
- Browsing in private/incognito mode
The site works just fine with cookies disabled.
Third-Party Services We Load
A few outside services help this site run, and like any web request, they may receive standard technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) when a page loads:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces you're reading
- unpkg (CDN) — the Leaflet library that draws our service-area maps
- CARTO / OpenStreetMap — the map tiles shown on pages with a service-area map
- Google Analytics — described above
Each of these operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party service or site you visit.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters through this site. We do not use your information for advertising targeting.
Data Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we keep the information you send us only as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry and handle your project. We collect very little through this site — and what we do collect, we treat like we treat your jobsite: carefully.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
