What we build.
Three specialties, one crew, one standard. From the first pencil line on a hand-drawn plan to the final punch-list walkthrough — every project runs through our shop in Batesville.
Custom Homes
"Built on your land, drawn around the way you live."
From foundation to final punch list, we build one-of-a-kind homes across Independence County and the surrounding Ozark foothills. Sit down with us, walk your site, and we'll hand-draw a plan that fits the lot and the life inside it.
Every project starts with a sit-down about the lot, the budget, and how your family actually lives in a house. From there: hand-drawn plans, a line-item estimate you can read, and a schedule that holds.

Additions
"More house, without moving."
A second story, a new wing, a screened porch that becomes a four-season room. We tie new work into the old so the seams don't show — matched siding, matched roofline, matched trim.
Tying new work into a finished house is its own discipline. We protect what's already there, sequence the work to keep your family in the home wherever possible, and finish the seams so nobody can tell where old meets new.

Remodels
"Whole-house renovations and rooms worth staying in."
Kitchens, baths, basements, and the occasional down-to-studs overhaul. We protect what you love about the house and upgrade everything around it.
Living through a remodel is hard. We minimize the disruption: tidy jobsites every night, dust barriers between work zones, clear weekly schedules so you know what's happening when.

Common Questions
How far out are you booking?
Typically 3–6 months from signed contract to break-ground, depending on time of year. Call early — slots fill up fast in spring.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull every permit, schedule every inspection, and keep a binder of sign-offs for you at the end.
Who's actually on the jobsite?
Jeremy is on every site, every day — from land clearing to the final walkthrough. You're not handed off to a project manager you've never met.
Can you work with my architect?
Absolutely. Bring your plans and we'll build from them. If you don't have a draftsperson lined up, we can point you to one we trust.
Do you do insurance or damage rebuilds?
Yes — tornado, storm, fire, water. We work with your adjuster directly.
